[SOLVED] Downgrade apple ipad 2 problems

I have the saved the shsh blobs for ios 7.1.2, tiny umbrella(Local). i have the ios 7.1.2 ipsw file. When i start the tss server and try to restore in recovery mode itunes says error 11. When i try in dfu mode it says error 4014. My ipad is on ios 8.1.3. Can anybody explain these errors?

Apple has stopped signing 7.1.2 a while ago now. They may have prevented iTunes from allowing you to down grade.

Even in older versions of ITunes? I try this in itunes 11.4 and it still said error. Is it possible that the ipad is rejecting the downgrade. The request is approved in itunes, but when it sends the data to the ipad the ipad is saying no.

Yes I think it may be the iPad then.

Can apple update the baseband of the ipad so that it refuses the downgrade? If they can how can you get around it?
