[SOLVED] Downgrade BIOS version of Gigabyte H110M?

Hello, I have a Gigabyte H110M-H motherboard with a Skylake processor (i5 6600) but it has the BIOS updated to the F20 version used for Kaby Lake which apparently was mistakenly updated by someone other.

Is it possible to downgrade the BIOS version from the F20 version to the previous F1 or F2 BIOS version?

I don't know much about flashing BIOS but I have read that it is the only solution, maybe someone can give me some guidance?

Processor runs hot with a new heatsink (80 to 86 degrees) when using it for intense tasks. I got it from HWMonitor

Unlikely a BIOS change would do anything for that.

Ok, so what can I do with the temperatures, should I adjust something or change my current heatsink? i think that it's not possible modify the voltage values

You'd have to give us a LOT more info.

Like...ALL the parts in this system.
What OS
What OC or voltage change you've done
etc, etc, etc.

I have not done any Overclock because the motherboard limits it. If we conclude that it is not the BIOS, then that would be the solution to my problem. Well I'll try to change the heatsink or check the compatibility of my programs or drivers. Thanks for taking your time i appreciate.
