Question downgrade bios version

is it possible to do a bios downgrade on my aourus b450 Pro mobo? I'm currently using a bios with the F64A version, I think this version has some issues

AMD Ryzen 2600X
VGA MSI 1660 TI

Sometimes, but not always.

Some BIOS updates specifically state "You cannot go back"
I have not looked into your specific situation.

the first one I can't turn on ftpm and the second one my security device in device manager shows amd psp 10.0 (10) device code error
