Downgrade direct x 12 to direct x 11.2?

So when I downloaded Windows 10 I opened up dxdiag to find that I had Direct x 12 but also to find that some of my games were not working with this version, but after a little of searching I found that many people had direct x 11.2 on their windows 10 so im wondering if there is anyway that I can downgrade from direct x 12 to 11.2?

Windows 10 also supports the older versions of DirectX so playing games which don't support DirectX 12 shouldn't be a problem.
