Downgrade from w8 to w7, install screen freeze.

Hello,

I have a vaio (svs15125cxb) that comes with win 8 installed. I would really like to go back to my w7 x64 but i cant. I disable safe boot, and then when w7 gets to the startup screen it freezes. I removed external hardware and tried different ways with no success. I would appreciate any help a lot!

I read that if I delete all partitions the install may work but i want to be sure before doing so because it would wipe away the sony recovery and other partitions.
I wouldn't mind doing it if it will get w7 installed.
My other concern would be the drivers, sony does not provide them for w7. Can i get my notebook fully running just with windows update??

if you didnt get this resolved. the issue is that you need to boot into bios and change your hard drive config to legacy mode. save changes and then you are good to go...i had to figure that out since there was no support forums cause i had just gotten the thing.
