[SOLVED] Download and upload speeds are terrible

I got new motherboard rog maximus xi hero
My download should be around 50 Mbps ------- I am getting first 50 until it drops like in second down to 20 Mbps (Connected by RJ45)
Also upload should be 30Mbps ------- Also When it goes to upload it goes to 7Mbps then it goes to 2Mbps Until it freezes my whole internet.(Connected by RJ45)
Laptop works like dream . Seen above internet speeds.
Also tested dextop with my phone internet and it does same thing as above.

So I tried remove all drivers in windows and reinstall them through asus website.
Also removed drivers and windows installed them automatically.

I tried pretty much everything I know
Also contacted asus support.
What can I do next ?

I found problem already.
Removed Rog GAMEFIRST fixed everyhing.
