If you go to the Lexmark website, yes I'm sure you probably could.

Failing that you can happily use Vista drivers on Windows 7

I just use the add printer function and say the printer isn't in the list, W7 then goes off and updates the printer driver lists and then pick it.

W7 out of the box doesn't have a large amount of drivers for printers.

If this doesn't work, Lexmark say to use Vista driver ..
