Hello so, I pay my internet for 100mbps, I was always getting around 98 mbps on the speedtest.net untill 1 month ago my internet started being lower, it was around 55mbps and i called my net provider and they were coming to me and theyre thing counted on my router that the download speed was actually 100mbps, and he connected his laptop to the internet and it was 98 on the speed test, they said that the problem is with my computer and that i probbably have some viruses, i tried different cleaners and no viruses were found. What can I do?
