Download to mobile phone?

Hi, can anybody tell me how to format a video clip, so I can download it to
my daughters mobile phone via USB. Have figured out how to download mp3's but
won't accept video clip. Must be wrong format? Am using XP pro SP2 to LG 8138
mobile phone.

i think the format has to be a .3gp so if you find a convertor on google that
what it must be.
