Question Downloading Windows games from Microsoft store

So I finished my PC build and I'm trying to download certain Microsoft games I already own on xbox (Gears of War, Overwatch).
From what I've heard, you can download them to your PC if you already own them.
For instance, when trying to download Overwatch to a device, my current PC is not on the list, only a few xboxes.
What should I do to download Microsoft games I already own?

Only games that support Xbox Play Anywhere can be played on either platform using one game licence
