Downloads/Streaming keep stopping. PLEASE HELP

Hey,



I've recently encountered a major problem with the internet; whenever I stream on youtube or download applications, the youtube clips keep pausing at a point and won't load any further and with the downloads keep pausing and won't download any further.

I've re-plugged in the cables of the modem but the same issue occurred again.



I've been experiencing this from 18/05/2013

Call your isp, it might be their end. Is it only a specific videos or all of them?

All Videos including Downloads as well.

Net congestion may be causing it. I have also found that when youtube is embedded in a web page it does not work that well. The ISP may also be slowing down your bandwidth. If some video is popular on youtube a lot of people may be downloading it all at once causing heavy network traffic.

If you watch other videos and they don't slow down but it does on YouTube, then it is probably the fault of YouTube.
