Alright I have no idea where else to ask this so I will try here, first of all I have searched everywhere on google about this issue and could not find a proper answer. I have used this guide to try and downsample to 1440p http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=509076

Whenever I put everything in and it passes the test, the whole screen is much blurrier and washed out than usual, this obviously should not happend and I can't seem to find a fix for it. As well as the windows resolution and in game cannot find a 1440p option even though it says it passed.

bystander it might not be good for all games but for some of the older games it does bring it more to life which is what im aiming for, for example I had Stalker SOC on 1620p and it significantly looked better. Again this is not for the modern games per say or even for MMO.

Like I said, get Nvidia Inspector, or an injector and use OGSSAA. The process is the exact same thing as downsampling, but it is down within the drivers. SGSSAA is an improved version. Both are forms of SSAA.

I use Nvidia inspector to force frame caps on some games(very much like this software) on my other system.

I tried to force AA in Bioshock Infinite and only FXAA will work. Was trying to compare it to the "down scale" options. Nvidia seems to have implemented a default setting of Enhance application setting treated as application controlled to begin with so maybe SSAA just will not work with this game.
