Hi

I have an ATX setup at the moment, specs below. I would like to replace the PC case as a few sockets have started playing up. Im hoping someone has some advice or suggestions on which parts i would need to change to cut down on size.

Case: BitFenix Shinobi USB3.0
GPU: Gigabyte 1070 G1
CPU: Intel Core I5-3570 (1155 socket)
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12S
Mobo: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
PSU: Corsair CXM 600W Modular
x2 SSD
x2 Corsair Vengeance Low Profile (1600MHz)

Im hoping to keep some spec such as these. I have no plans to overclock or go SLi. Dont remember the last time i used a CD ha!
1x PCIe 3.0 x16 (i think my card is a dual slot on the case)
2x SSD slots
USB 3.0 slots
Mic & Headphone sockets

(edit - forgot about the wifi card... so 3 expansion slots? or could switch to those wall socket LAN plugs)

Im hoping to squeeze it all in a mITX, though from my brief read i may have to change the PSU, Mobo and lose the overkill CPU cooler. Unless this is a really bad idea and should go mATX?
The only down side seems to be cooling, but manufacturer suggest modern mITX case are now ok. And as im not overclocking i hope that will help.

One that looks pretty neat is this. Fractual 202
Though maybe too small to function?

Also this one looks like something i was orginally after. ENTHOO EVOLV ITX MINI-ITX
I believe the only bit i would need to change is the Mobo?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The CX600 uses low quality capacitors, that have a tendency to fail prematurely. Seasonic has better components.

I had thought about upgrading the CPU to a i5-8400. But my one seems to run everything ok and last i heard the boards for 1151 sockets are far and few between, mostly being ATX.

This would meet the mini-itx requirement, and even allow you to reuse your current cooler. I threw some of your current parts in, for compatibility reasons.

Looks pretty neat :). Mentioning the 8400 has made me want one again now ha! Maybe it is time to upgrade.

One thing i forgot was the Wifi card... so 3 expansion slots? or could try those wall socket Lan plugs! Though arnt there those Mobo with built in wifi now, or are they no good?

(Edit: ooo sorry, just working my way through your suggested parts and seems the Mobo comes with wifi antenna connectors - nice!)

A pretty exhaustive comparison of 8400 to both stock and OC'd R5-2600 in a huge variety of games might be worthwhile if contemplating an 8400.....(if wanting to stream, I'd definitely opt for the R5-2600,as it has double the threads...)
