DP to HDMI passive adapter

Hi everyone! I have issue with my adapter.The adapter is passive. First adapter wotk fine, but after a few restars doesn't output signal. I also have DP to vga adapter and work perfect. I want to connect my pc with my main monitor and my tv. PLEASE HELP ME
MY GPU is gtx 1060 g1 gaming, i tryed to connect DP adapter in my motherboard, but only black screen. Sorry for my english

Your graphics card should have a HDMI output as well as DisplayPort. Just use a HDMI to HDMI cable.

That's fine. Your card has a HDMI output. Have a close look at the connectors. If that is the right card I linked before it has 3 x DP outputs, 1 x DVI and 1 x HDMI. Connect the HDMI output of the graphics card to the HDMI input of the monitor with a HDMI to HDMI cable.

That's my video card, i want to connect my monitor with hdmi port or DP ot HDMI adapter and my TV, but the the widows doesnt't detect any displays.
