Dp35dp wont boot

Hi,
I got a intel DP35dp motherboard, when i turn on my pc it just shows the first screen where i can go into the bios and the it shows a black screen and then the motherboard just starts beeping.

I have:
Geforce 8600 GTS
Core 2 duo E8400 3GHZ 6MB Cache
500Watt power supply

Whats wrong? I dont know what the beeps mean, it is probably some kind of warning but what?

What you are hearing is called a Beep Code.
It is kinda like morse code from your system indicating a problem.
Check your motherboards manual or Product Page for a beep code to error listing.

What version is your BIOS?
You will need BIOS version 0484 or higher to support your CPU.
Any lower version could cause the issue you describe.

Does your RAM require more than 1.8v to operate?
If so, it is incompatible with your motherboard and could also be your issue.

Also, check every connection in your system.
Double check all power connections, reinstall your GPU and add on cards, check all SATA/EIDE connections, etc.

Make certain all of your memory is fully inserted into the the slots and any cards are inserted fully into their slots. A siren sounding is a CPU over heat.
Three beeps is a memory issue. One long beep followed by two short beeps is a video card issue. There is a no boot wizard available on the INEL web site: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Filter_Results.aspx?strOSs=All&strTypes=All&ProductID=2782&lang=eng&OSFullName=All%20Operating%20Systems

I checked every card and thing in my system ...Removed the DIMMS and reinserted them, I tried another graphics card, and It cant be the bios because it worked fine for like the past year that i got it, it happend suddenly.

Its just one masive long beeeep beeeeep beeeeep

This happens right after the screen that says, intel where you can go inyo the bios.

Any more Suggestions?

Hey guys, I got it running by some freaken miracle.

Just inserted other Ram and then it worked, and when i inserted my old one it started up. Have no idea what went wrong.

Sounds like your RAM is on its last leg.
Test it with Memtest, if it fails you should replace the set.
