[SOLVED] Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen will not launch (solved)

Hi guys, I really wanted to play Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen, but I get an error immediately on launch that I need the latest Windows Media Player in order to play it. I have done my best and scoured the internet to download it, but it still will not launch. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Game from steam and yes latest Windows 10. Tried installing the media pack and still no luck
