Question Dram led on after upgrading cpu

I upgraded my cpu from ryzen 5 1600 to a ryzen 5 5600x, my motherboard is the b450 tomahawk max. I updated the bios to support the 5600x but whenever I try to boot I get a dram led that shows on my motherboard. All the fans and leds turn on but that's about it. My ram is patriot viper 2x16gb 3200. Kinda confused on how to fix it

are you sure the bios is updated?
take out a stick of ram and try booting.

I'm sure the bios is correct I did it twice and I putting ram in and I still get dram led
