Question Dram light and no signal on Asus prime x570 pro

I get a solid dram light and no signal on this, I have
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU : Radeon RX 580
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz
MOBO : See title
I have tried -
1 Swapping RAM, using new RAM, and putting it in different slots.
2 Removing GPU and trying different HDMI cords.
3 Using Different monitors.
There is no onboard graphics, I have tried everything and is desperate to get this fixed as soon as possible. Please help.

I would try returning both motherboard and CPU, to be replaced, assuming that you correctly inserted the RAM modules when testing.

The memory controller is integrated in the CPU.
Separated, but unified...
