So I have tried every basic trouble shoot step. I have removed cmos and used the cmos breaker, I have reseated all components, especially the cpu, have tried all combinations of ram slots and tested both sticks. I have tested the psu which works and the gpu which also works. I can't get to the bios screen the entire screen is blank. This is not a new build and has worked fine for a year now. I have also rebuilt the entire pc to make sure nothing is stuck or too tight.

My specs:
Asus Z97-A
Intel i7 4790k
980 ti FTW
Corsair 750W Psu
Corsair vengeance 8x2 Ddr3 1600mhz

Solution
Solid LED saying there is a memory issue? Try installing only 1 stick, where manual suggests and after that, in furthest away slot from CPU. Try both sticks separately.

Are there bent pins on the CPU or below it on the motherboard?

It's properly seated, I have even tried using onboard HDMI, I also used multiple monitors. I reset the cmos and even kept it out for 8 hours. Yes my motherboard has a solid red led for dram. It makes no noise from internal speaker
