dram OC fail can't enter setup

I was working on overclocking my dram when I took it one step to far so my system didn't boot. It then say OC Failed etc. Reset to system defaults etc. Press F1 for setup and press F2 to run setup with default settings. I have tried to do either option but when I hit either button nothing happens. What can I do here?

Clear CMOS. There's usually a jumper you move. Read the motherboard manual.
