Question DRAM Q-led on Asus Rog strix z390-i itx

hello everyone im basically new to this pc building stuff
so my rig spec is
i7 7900k
nzxt kraken x52
rog strix z390-i itx
corsair vengeance rgb 2x8 3466mhz
corsaur rm 750
nvdia rtx 2080 super founders edition

when i put everything up the out put on monitor show no hdmi signal
i tried and tried to do troubleshooting on each part acording to resources i got from reddit and internet
after awhile i manage to put 1 ram stick and the pc is booting / it works
nothing show on the q led so i assume every part except my corsair ram stick was fine
but i tried to put the other stick and start the pc
the qled show red light and light green and the the pc shut off ( this sequance stays forever ) so i plug out the power source

any solution for this problem ? or i should return the ram ?
anyway sorry for my broken english

turn the xmp memory profile on in bios?

i had the same problem but with the ram on bios i overclocked and my pc stopped working when i turn it off and on it was open on the so what i did is i press the restore defeult in the bios i reopped the pc it it was working fine
