Hey everyone (first time posting)

First time PC Builder and tried to do my research prior to building but seem to have come across a snag in my build.

ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 Wifi AX Board
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
G.SKILL Sniper X Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C19D-32GSXKB
EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 Ultra
Corsair 750 W 80+ Bronze

I did a benchmark test and the response was that my memory is operating in the 11% percentile. I went into my BIOS and saw that the memory frequency is showing up at 2133. When I tried to change it to 3600, I encountered hard resets and the inability to boot past the ASROCK post screen.

Any suggestions or recommendations in the BIOS? Currently running stock BIOS.
Sorry in advance if I'm not posting required or helpful information.

Thanks!!

Ha! This is late. Hi Yes. You can go to asrock.com and look up your mobo, figure out the name category your cpu is in, then click on MEMORY and the QVL (Qualified Vendors List), you will see that everytime you go to a 2x16 = 32gb memory setup the speed slows down. Something they do not put in huge letters on their X570. There is a pretty fast 2x16gb in there, I may try. In fact I am running a Ryzen 5 3600 so slower memory may not hurt me much. I notice just browsing web, etc my laptop was bumping on its 16gb so do want more! Hope this helps.
