Question Dram Yellow light

ive got a few questions and a problem:
My dram yellow light is on and I don’t know what to do. I don’t know anything about pc,s. it worked fine today until an hour or so ago when I turned it on and it didn’t connect to my monitor. I turned it on and off and then the light was on.
Please help me
