[SOLVED] Dream PC Build has SEVERE crashing problems

Firstly here's my build.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
MOBO: Asus Prime X470-Pro ATX AM4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200mHz (Two 8 gig sticks)
SSD: Samsung Evo 500 gigs
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Black
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 Watt 80+ Gold Certified

So basically, I'm dealing with constant crashes on every single game my pc tries to run. Sometimes they even happen in simpler games like GMod. My PC also sometimes blue screens. I don't run graphics higher than what the games give to me by default when they benchmark my system automatically when I first run it. When games do run, the frames are nice, and there is no graphical tearing. It all seems to be going well until the game crashes. On modern titles such as Squad and Modern Warfare, I can only reliably play for about 10 minutes before I get booted back to my dashboard if I am lucky to even see my dashboard and not a black screen. I've tried just about every thing I can think of in an attempt of trying to make my computer stop crashing. In my BIOS everything is fine, all my ram is detected and are at the right speed, both my drives are detected and their health is fine( I checked previously), and all my drivers are up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I don't know where to go from here.

Solution
Hey has this been fixed? I had the exact same issue, the issue for me was overclocking the ram to anything above 2933 MHz, didn't know beforehand but bought 2 sticks of ram that ran at 3200 MHz, however the CPU is apparently only designed for 2933 MHz.

I just updated the Bios yesterday, I downloaded the folder right now and it gives it a (1) next to it, doesn't that mean I already have that version?

Is it the one dated '11/25/2019' at the very top of the list? I don't see how it could be the same one if it says yours is dated '11/13/2019'. Your version isn't even on the list anymore. Mines isn't even listed anymore for my motherboard for that matter now that I look at it.

I just updated again from that link and it still comes back 11/13/2019

Make sure BIOS is up-to-date. Make sure all drivers, including chipset, are up-to-date. Make sure RAM is installed in 2nd and 4th slot.

If everything I listed above is good, proceed to download and run memtest86 overnight.

P.S. I don't think that PSU is a decent unit. May be the issue.

I'll update all drivers right now and see if it helps. Thank you.
What PSU would you recommend?

I'm also getting an error saying that I am out of video memory and that it's trying to allocate a texture.

That wouldn't really crash your computer though, just affect overall performance because it now has to rely on slower forms of memory to transmit video data like system ram or your drive. What exactly does your resource monitor screen say about your system ram anyway? Just type "resource monitor" in your search bar. You have 16 gbs so space shouldn't be a problem, but it is possible that a good chunk of it is being used by 'standby' memory.

It says that I have around 16000 mb available and when I'm just on chrome it says that around 3800mb are in use

Yeah, you got enough memory, so that's not the issue. Well, lets start with something simple. Which drive do you have your operating system and video games installed on? The HDD or the SSD?
I use the SSD for OS and the HDD for games, but I tried installing a game on my ssd and it still had the same problems

I ran memtest86 and it said there were no errors after it finished

It still won't help solve your issue having your applications and your O.S on two different storage devices though. Which anti-virus programs do you have installed and how many?
