I made this config back about a year or two ago before I knew anything really about computers, is there a way that you guys could help me utilize the setup so it can be affordable and tell me if I have unnecessary items I would not need. Also if you could tell me how I could better improve it, my main use would be to be able to use it for gaming/general use/maybe editing videos? (probably not the last one). Thanks.

I can see you have 3 SSD's - I would only go with 1, go for the 500 GB instead of 2 TB.

And instead of the titan i would go with SLI 980 ti - But the whole setup looks beast, but ofc overkill for gaming You could do it alot cheaper

Also I am aware that 4k gaming can be some heavy impact on my frame rate and I wish to keep a steady 60 frames per. I would also be recording for youtube or streaming on twitch. So do you think it could handle some of those needs?

Your i7 will be good at multitasking, so good choice - Both recording and gaming same time.

Not 3 way SLI, go for double titan then..
