Question Drive unknown

I have a seagate external hard drive that is unknown, I have tried initialise disk but that comes back has a device that does not exist was specified.

most data recovery software also can’t find it other than mini tool portion wizard but after the search it goes through portion and freezes at 5 of 10. But task manger still says it’s running. Any help would be great guys

Try removing the drive from enclosure and connect directly to a desktop pc with sata cables.

Can you show screenshot from Disk Management after you have connected the drive with sata cables?
