Question driver easy

Format your system and reinstall windows. driver easy installed a bunch of incorrect drivers. you’ll probably never be able to fix this

Never use any driver update program for any reason at any time because this is exactly what happens

well the stuttering is gone after a restart and my antivirus program is showing nothing, however, the list is huge (194 updated drivers)
ACPI Fixed Feature Button 10.0.18362.267
AMD GPIO-Controller 2.2.0.116
AMD PCI 1.0.0.74
AMD SMBus 5.12.0.38
Nvidia RTX 2080 26.21.14.4187
as well as other USB, Internet-related, PCI, Microsoft, and other drivers.
I wouldn't reinstall windows if it's not necessary

So today the stuttering came back (while watching youtube).
The sound was kind of robotic and everything was lagging, as I would have 1 or 2 fps (in windows).
Antivirus program still showing nothing, the temps are as always (however the fans are spinning somewhy)
what could this be/which driver?

Here's the biggest issue with Driver Easy and other lazyman programs. They do not care. The only thing they do is install the latest driver version. They will not follow necessity. For instance, when updating certain drivers, you must first update certain bios files. You'd go from stock, update chipset drivers to ver.2, update bios to 1.01, update bios to 1.04, update chipset drivers to ver.3, update bios to 1.05 and with 2nd Gen Ryzen stop. Do not update to 1.06 as that's for 3rd gen Ryzen only. Driver Easy sees you have ver.1 chipset drivers and updates to ver.3, skipping ver.2, skipping the bios update necessary and lands you with a big *** mess.

Bios, chipset, gpu, windows drivers do require updating, but must Always be done manually, AFTER reading the full descriptions, and seeing if the are Any prerequisite conditions. Is there a sequence, is there a prohibition, is there a reason, is there something else.

At this point, it's looking like a reset of windows, go to motherboard website and start reading on what's required to bring your mobo current, not just a blind stab by moronic software.
