driver for ethernet controller for my acer aspire 4349 windows 7 32bit

We will need to know what network adapter chipset you have. Click on start menu, click on administrative tools, click on system information. When system information opens go to the components listing on the left hand side and click the + mark next to it. Go down to network and click on adapter. Look on the right hand side at service name and tell me what's there. That should be the chipset for your network card or adapter and we'll need that to get the right driver.

Your laptop could have any one of those four installed so you need to do as I said in the first reply to figure out which one you have or if you're still confused let me know and I'll walk you through it.
