Driver Installation for new Pc

I recently finished building a new pc and got windows 7 pro on it. I tried connecting to the internet but couldn't, and realized I didn't have drivers. Could someone please give a relatively detailed explanation of how to load drivers and which ones I need? I have an M488T-M MOBO, an amd xfx radeon hd 6670, and an athon II x4 660. If you could include some links for the drivers, that would be great. Thank you.

for the motherboard, install the CHIPSET and LAN driver, if you dont have sound then download the AUDIO driver as well.

I just realized that LAN needs an ethernet cable. Pardon my ignorance. I'm pretty sure I had installed the drivers correctly, but was expecting wireless internet. There is virtually no way to connect my pc to ethernet, so can anyone suggest some good wireless pci cards? I want them to be able to handle gaming. I think the average download speed of my pc is around 9.8Mbs
Would having a wireless card work like having wireless internet on a laptop?
