Is this installation based off of the free upgrade path? Have you made sure your BIOS and device drivers are up to date? Try and reinstall your chipset drivers and see if the issue is averted.
Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the USB 3.0 driver and Speedtouch 330 software.
- Start with the USB 3.0 driver. Go to Device Manager and uninstall its driver.
- Reboot your laptop once uninstalled and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test the device again and see if it would work.
- If it doesn't work proceed with uninstalling/reinstalling Speedtouch 330 software/driver.
- Go to Programs and Features and uninstall speedtouch 330.
- Once uninstalled download and install it's software driver.

- Do test it again after the reboot.
Ty for you're help but no success.I'm sure the problem is the 3.0 usb port because I fully installed the hardware at my neighbor and he doesn't have 3.0 ports.Any idea?
