[SOLVED] Driver Issues?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3400G
Mobo: Gigabyte B450
RAM: 3200 MHz 16gb dual kit
Graphics Card: none

Sometimes when I open youtube, the chrome crashes. Youtube always crashes after that but the other sites are okay. Also, after it crashes, I can't seem to play videos in vlc media player. The solution is i restart the pc and hope it will never happen. What seems to be the problem?

i have AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition version 20.4.2 installed. (is this the problem? can i uninstall this software?)

If you have any extensions installed in Chrome try disabling them.

Try another web browser such and Firefox. See if it experiences the same issue. If the other browser is fine. You may need to reset Chrome.

You can try to clean install your graphics drivers. You do need graphics drivers. If they are buggy they may just need a clean install.

did you try to use firefox to open youtube .

make and model of the psu?
run any memory test?
latest motherboard bios?
