Question Driver problems with Radeon R9 270X ?

I need help with a new graphics card that I bought, this card is used and I got it very cheap (I will try to summarize as much as possible) I question that when I put it on my pc and install the most recent drivers (Adrenalin 22.6.1 Recommended (WHQL ) 6/23/2022) what started to happen is that it throws black screens for a few seconds and when the video returns "AMD Bug reporting tool" it throws an error saying that "We detected that the driver timeout expired in your system" . And when I continue using the pc, the same thing happens a couple of times until it gets stuck and restarts itself.

I already tried trying to install different versions of drivers one by one, even the oldest one I found, which was from 2013, but the same problem continues. On 3 or 4 occasions I was able to use the computer with one of those drivers and even play a couple of games of various games and they all work perfectly, but when I close the game and continue using the pc (I started installing the Epic Games) got stuck again and restarted.

Clarification: I always clean the drivers with DDU when I try to reinstall another one, but I suspect that it may be a problem of incompatible drivers with others from another separate component or something like that, I don't know.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

PSU: Thermaltake 80Plus certified 700w

Thermaltake is the brand of the PSU while 80plus is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating of the unit and 700W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of the unit and how old is the PSU in question?

I bought it approximately between 8 and 10 months ago, the model is: "SPD-0700P" and on the back of the box it also says "P/N😛S-SPD-0700NPCWAG-W" but I don't think the problem is the source I don't know the truth. I just tried updating the bios because I had the f50 and now I have version f55b and I deactivated CSM but the same thing keeps happening.
