My motherboard site has a SATA driver Floppy image ver: 17.5.0.1017_PV

How do I install it? No Setup.

What is it for?
And do I need to install it?
If already installed, will there be no problems?

A floppy disk image is just an disk image file for a floppy disk. If you're going to use a floppy disk image on Windows, you need some third party apps like winimage or similar.
