DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL disappears after i disable disk write caching

Hello! I have
random DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(wfplwfs.sys – BFE/Base Filtering Engine)
on
MB Asus Prime B250-Plus
(Intel B250 Kaby Lake, BIOS American Megatrends v.0809,
Realtek high definition audio, Realtek PCIe GBE Lan
)

RAM Team Elite (TED44G2400C1601) DDR4 2x4Gb
(slot #2 & #4)

and it completly disappears after "Disk write caching" disabled
(tested for 24 days – BSOD none).

Memtest says there are no errors in the RAM
