Drivers and GPU tweak problem

I have bought an ASUS Pc and I got a disc that says "Drivers and GPU Tweak". I read the disc and download the software and apparently you can overclock and some other good stuff. But when I download it and reboot the Pc it tells me to install it again.. So I can't open it and I need help with that.
