Hey there!

I've recently purchased a 2x24 6400 CL32 G.Skill kit and I wanted to tune it a little.
I currently have a 7800x3D till I'm able to get my hands on a 9800x3D.
I've tried setting FCLK to 2133 and UCLK to 1:1, but after booting into Windows I immediately got a BSOD.
I turned both back to Auto and I everthing worked properly, even restarted a couple times to make sure it was the problem and indeed it was, works flawlessly without it.
Quite frankly I am an absolute noob when it comes to memory tuning.
If someone could advise whether the motherboard is trash for these kinds of things or I'll just need to set proper SOC etc. voltages and everything will be fine, I'd really appreciate that.
I also wanted to try lowering my timings, but I backed out as I don't want to damage anything as I'm definitely lacking the proper knowledge.

Thank you in advance for any type of suggestion/help!

Latest BIOS flashed? Which exact RAM model? Setting XMP or EXPO ?To set frequency manually, you have to also change many other memory settings including voltage.

Not the latest as last time I checked only a Beta one was out for the 9800x3D, so didn't update it yet.

Where are you seeing 6400Mhz?
It the BIOS, in ZenTimings, HWInfo, everywhere.
I tried setting 1:1 with higher voltages, 1.25 on SOC, 1.4 VDD, 1.4 VDDIO as well as 1.4 VDDQ but it just wouldn't boot.
I don't really feel comfortable going higher on any of these voltages, just to be able to set 1:1, so I loaded in a default Hynix profile for 6000 30-38-38-96 and left it like that for now.
I guess the memory controller is just not good enough to be able to handle 6400 1:1.
Hopefully the 9800x3D will be a different story, once they finally ship one to me.
