When I am gaming my cpu temperature is going over 60 degrees which i'm not happy with. I have put a fresh batch of thermal paste on the cpu. My video card temperature is staying between 30 to 50 degrees while gaming. I have already clean out the machine. Is there any options to help the cpu temperature. I have 4 120 in the front, 3 120 fans on the top and 1 140 in the back

Are you sure you’re reading those right? 30 on a GPU while gaming does not sound right

@LordVile is correct. A GPU that cool is hardly being used.

I think we may be dealing with some cooling misconceptions as @MEMOFLEX started addressing.

You will never cool devices to less than room temperature while in use. You cool devices with the ambient air where those devices are located. Without some sort of active cooling (think refrigeration) you can't drop below the air temp of your environment.

When power is being applied to your components, they will generate heat. More fans just move that warmer air, they don't actually cool the air.

So, back to the OP. It would appear that your GPU is being underutilized. I would expect it to run much warmer under a heavy load. As stated earlier, your CPU temps seem rather good.
