Drivers for HP Compaq Presario SG1115IL (Chipset+VGA)

I googled for 3 hours but couldn't find the drivers of the above said AMD model of HP Compaq.

It is not Intel, but AMD and product code is: ES030AA#ACJ for windows XP.
