Drivers for Sharp AL-1540CS (Windows 8.1)

Hello everyone,

I've recently built a rig for an office which has an older printer (Sharp AL-1540CS) and I cannot find drivers past Windows Vista. Any tips?

If it is an older printer then they likley stopped supporting it after vista.

For windows 7/8 you can try the vista drivers and see how well that works.
You might also be able to try generic sharp pcm drivers.

@hi-tech Those drivers are the same ones... for Vista only. They don't work.

What do you mean by generic sharp pcm drivers?

How do I find those?

You may download Sam's Driver Pack

Or Drivers DVD 14 which includes all the drivers for windows 7 and 8
