Question drives keep disabling

so im trying to enable ssd drives but everytime i do it disables immediately. but its not limted to ssds, the harddrive also disables after i restart the computer. not sure whats happening

i cannot show it because its a work realted issue im fixing someone elses computer. but i went into device manager and found the drive in question, when i enabled it it showed in computer for a split second and it dissapears

and what the error/warning on the device manager?

so you want help but can't tell us any detail?
contact your company IT support. or if you are the support, contact your server vendor support.

we fixed it, it was something on our end, im new in this company so i dont deal with server support. sorry. didnt know the full scope of our issue.
