Drop down menu on PDF file

I'm using Mozilla to open this pdf file
( http://www.whpcanada.org.au/images/IMM1295E_WHP_20110317.pdf ). It is a application form and has many drop down menu's however when i click on the arrow for it to drop down nothing happens. The javascript console also keeps popping up when i insert text.
