Dropped drive showing uninitialised

I dropped my harddrive whilst doing some PC upgrades and then it failed to start(would freeze on bios screen). I opened the drive(after watching a YouTube video doing so) and plugged the hard drive as slave. The head was stuck so I gave the platter a push and it started spinning again. Closed the drive, plugged it in again, after a massive amount of wait at the bios screen, the pc boots up but drive doesn't show. It is recognized in disk management but says uninitialised. How do I recover data?

Hard drives can be opened in clean room environment only.

If data is important, after dropping your drive, you should have contacted professional data recovery services.

By opening the disk you've probably killed it, if a single piece of dust has landed on the platter at some point it will hit the head.
By touching the platter you will have left traces that will probably be bigger than the read head height.
Restore the data from a backup.
