hello, after turning on laptop and logo appears
this shows:

then after i pressed ok:
then i select windows boot manager and after some seconds it goes back to the first image ^
  • i checked the boot priority and its right
  • i tried to start up repair, system restore and system recovery image using my bootable usb but couldnt repair
after searching online for clues
  • i checked the drives using bootable usb[install windows and diskpart] then i saw 'Drive 0 Unallocated Space - Total Size: 0.0 MB'
  • also checked it using ubuntu livecd and cant detect other drives
  • also tried to reseat hdd but failed
but bios detects hdd
i didn`t try to format because of some important files
so hdd is the problem? or other parts because of the drop?
pls help, i tried everything i could

Possibilities:
The drive is dead
The drive is disconnected

Someone is going to have to open it up and look around. Possibly remove the drive, connect it to some other system, and see if it is OK.
(not boot from it, just see if you can read it)
