I dropped a screw in my pc yesterday while turned off. It fell directly into the I/O shield part, and i cannot hear it move even when shaking the pc violently. It's a Z390 Aorus Pro, and i don't think i can remove the i/o shield to look since it's a part of the board. However when looking inside a hole the mb looks pretty vulnerable in there. I don't need the screw but I'm not sure if i should take the chance of just letting it sit where ever it is and turn the pc on. What do you think i should do and what are my odds?

Edit: Also does anybody know how i can access the inside of that?

Make all efforts to take it out, there's a lot of power going thru VRM and could make disastrous short.
