DS2 quest bugged? (Spoiler)

I'm currently in act 2, slogging along with Finala back in the dryad area
(Act 1) and had some progress on a quest that I started in Act 1 - Lilana
(sp?)'s quest for finding something that can only be found in Aman'lu, being
misguided by the info, I never bothered finding hard in the dryad town. So,
now after I've reached act 2 and go back, I finally discovered that the
soldier in the inn will give me a statuette of Xeria, which I guess is the
thing Lilana want (according to quest log). However, she refuse to accept
it. The quest log shows "return to Lilana to give her the blah blah blah.."
after the entry "Obtain the Lucky Statuette of Xeria" which is what I just
did.

I think the quest will brake if you didn't solve it and crossed over to
another Act. Correct me if I'm wrong...is the statuette the correct thing to
give to Lilana?

ACT 1:
Woman wants something from Aman'lu, gives you a doll.
Give the doll to another woman by the falls, get bottle of elf wine.
Soldier in first inn wants some meat, will give statue.
Trooper in the desert outpost will give you meat for some wine.

ACT 2:
Woman wants some harpy feathers, I forget what she has to give (probably
the Aman'lu item first wanted).
Man want "something to disgrace Morden", has bottle of water.

ACT 3;
Man on wall has harpy feathers, wants "something interesting".
In a cave in the wilderness is a man wanting a bottle of water, not sure
what he has to give.

It all seems to be ready to connect, if you can find the one item to get
the quest moving. I never found anybody who was interested in the
statue. I also found a chalice that was never used, and some morden
rations. There were also three (at least) places that required a
specific person to be in your party to open, and several caves that
required keys that I never found.

Anybody have any more luck with this one?

Supposed to give her the small tree from Aman'lu.

Give the Xeria statue to guy at Snowbrook castle (sp?). He will give
you a Mordan's head on a pike (stick, whatever). I believe you *might*
give this to the man who wants to disgrace Morden, but haven't got that
far yet.

Get the tree from the lady in Aman'lu (sorry, forget the name...she's on
the north side of town, I believe). She wants harpy feathers in return,
(but you first have to get the Agallan Relic, which you trade for the
feathers).

ale
3) Give Elven ale to soldier in desert (after teleporting from the beach),
get Sketh cat rib
4) Give Sketh cat rib to soldier in tavern of dryad town, get lucky
stetuette of Xeria
5) Give statuette to soldier in Snowbrook Hevan, get Mordren head on stick
6) Give head on stick to the pervert elf (who would get so excited about a
mordren head on a stick, anyway?)at south gate of Aman'lu, get elven water
7) Give elven water to prospector under a tower north of desert town of Act
3 (I'm really bad with names...), get Agallan artifact
8) Give artifact to half giant on the battlement of the desert town, get

no doubt. Thanks for that - I've been a bit worried that I've missed
something, but it looks like for where I'm at in the game (near the end
of Act 2) I'm on track for this quest.
