I have a Thermaltake TH240 ARGB Motherboard Sync Edition, how do i change the fan color?i lost the remote and i am not sure what software from TT to download.

you need to download and install GIGABYTE Control Center to get access to the RGB sync program.

It did not recognize the fans, thats my fault i should have been more specific, this is what I am changing fan color on

Thermaltake TH240 ARGB Motherboard Sync Edition Intel LGA1700 Ready/AMD All-in-One Liquid Cooling System 240mm High Efficiency Radiator CPU Cooler CL-W286-PL12SW-C, Black

The gigabyte control center does not recognize the fans on the radiator.

After checking the fan control pins are plugged into the board , so im not sure what to do from here.
