I am having a very serious issue with my DSL connection. I have a twisted pair connection and the internet literally drops out every. So two lines at 10mbps each. The tech installed the DSL and it works fine, however, the connection drops out very frequently. Called up Consolidated Communications. Said they could do anything on the phone and sent out a tech. The tech got here replaced all the wiring and connections in the walls phone jacks etc. We have no landline at all so this should not be an issue. We had the modem replaced with a brand new one. So basically all new wires, new telephone jacks, new modem/router. Everything fresh as can be and after all this was done by the technician he leaves and says it will be fine now, but the connection still drops out at least 3 times an hour. Every time I call there support they do nothing for me so basically I am wondering if there is any program or command I can use to test this and see the poblem, and hopefully get some help from you guys.
