Dsn server isn't responding for the whole house

Early today, the internet decided to cut out through my entire house. When i try to connect to the wifi it shows i have full strength signal but once i actually connect it says limited. It does not work if hardwire my computer either. After running the diagnostic tool, my computer said the dsn server isnt responding. I called time warner cable and they had me do some basic stuff like unplug and replug the modem and router back in. I decided to look at the lights on my modem and noticed the "online" light was off and the "us" light was blinking orange. Im not sure if that helps any. I also tryed to doing that trick where you type ncpa.cpl into your windows search thing and you type a couple of numbers into the protocall version 6 box or whatever and that didnt work either. Time warner cable doesnt have any openings for someone to come to my house for a couple of days and i really want to have my internet up in running before the weekend. Please help!!!!!!!

Do they use ipv4 or 6?? And did you try Google's dns ips on the bottom??
