Hey guys, I recently got my 6-7 year old PC upgraded to a new one. These are the specs -:
(1)Intel i5 4690k @ 4.4GHz
(2)Asus ROG Maximus VII Ranger Mobo
(3)G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (4×2) @ 1600MHz
(4)MSI Gaming 4G GeForce GTX970 @
1366MHz
(5)Seasonic S12G-650W 80+ Gold Certified Modular (6)Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 Mid Tower ATX
(7) Cooler Master Hyper 212X EVO CPU Cooler
(8) Samsung SyncMaster S22B370 21.5 inches 1080p monitor
I know this rig is perfect for 1080p gaming. That's when my friend told me about DSR. What exactly is it? And the GPU supports up to 4k×2k highest resolution through HDMI. Is DSR really gonna enhance my experience that much? I have also seen 2k monitors on eBay for like $250 (which is Rs.15000 here in India) from QNix. Anyway is QNix any good? Is DSR gonna make that much of a difference? I'm assuming my rig can run DSR even at 4k, but if not then do tell me
Thanks y'all!
