Question DSR with max-q

Is there a way to enable DSR in max-q graphics card ?
I have a MSI GS 65 8RF 1070 max-q the option for DSR is not there in the nvidia control panel.
Is there another way or application that can give the same results in games that dont have SSAA?

I don't think that the DSR is enabled on the laptop version of the 1070 thats why you can't find it, in other words its probably not supported by the 1070 max-q version.
